Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 bowl plain yoghurt
Method
- Grate the cucumber and add it into the yoghurt.
- Mix well.
- Serve as a side dish with biryani, or any other main meal. If you would like you can add salt as well.
