Cucumber Raita

Ingredients



  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 bowl plain yoghurt

Method

 

  1. Grate the cucumber and add it into the yoghurt.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Serve as a side dish with biryani, or any other main meal. If you would like you can add salt as well.

Description

Cucumber Raita is a quick side dish to prepare and can be had with hot biryani or any other rice dishes. It is so delicious and cooling that it is a must try.
