Vegetable Kebab or Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 Lebanese bread, chappati or tortilla
- Onions chopped
- Cucumber slices
- Red capsicum dices
- Green chillies chopped finely
- Pickled beetroot
- Cabbage shredded
- Coriander leaves
- Boiled and mashed roughly
- Cheese shredded
- Pickled chillies
- Tomato sauce for taste
Method
- Spread open a Lebanese bread
- Spread mashed potatoes in the middle of the bread vertically all the way through as shown in the video
- Spread onions, cucumbers , tomatoes, red capsicums, chilies, pickled beetroot, shredded cabbage, shredded cheese, chilli pickle and tomato sauce in the same manner
- Finally add coriander leaves on top of the tomato sauce
- Roll the Lebanese bread into a wrap. Watch to video to assist you.
- Cut in half and serve.
