Vegetable Kebab or Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 Lebanese bread, chappati or tortilla
  • Onions chopped
  • Cucumber slices
  • Red capsicum dices
  • Green chillies chopped finely
  • Pickled beetroot
  • Cabbage shredded
  • Coriander leaves
  • Boiled and mashed roughly
  • Cheese shredded
  • Pickled chillies
  • Tomato sauce for taste

Method

  1. Spread open a Lebanese bread
  2. Spread mashed potatoes in the middle of the bread vertically all the way through as shown in the video
  3. Spread onions, cucumbers , tomatoes, red capsicums, chilies, pickled beetroot, shredded cabbage, shredded cheese, chilli pickle and tomato sauce in the same manner
  4. Finally add coriander leaves on top of the tomato sauce
  5. Roll the Lebanese bread into a wrap. Watch to video to assist you.
  6. Cut in half and serve.
