Sweet Lemon Pickle

10 lemons

1 teaspoon chilli powder

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon garam masala

 5 tablespoons jaggery

salt

 

 

Cut the limes into 8 pieces each and put them in a large glass.

Mix all the ingredients together in large bowl season with salt

Pour over the limes, shake the jar and mix well.  Keep the jar on the window in the kitchen.

It will be ready to eat in 15 days. shake it daily.
