Ingredient



  1. 1 tablespoon salt
  2. 3 teaspoons ground peppercorn
  3. ½ teaspoons of coriander powder
  4. ½ teaspoons of chilli powder

Method



  1. Combine the salt, ground peppercorn, coriander powder and chilli powder
  2. Dry-Fry over low heat, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes.
  3. This mix can be used as a marinating spice for roast duck or chicken.
