Ingredient
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 teaspoons ground peppercorn
- ½ teaspoons of coriander powder
- ½ teaspoons of chilli powder

Method
- Combine the salt, ground peppercorn, coriander powder and chilli powder
- Dry-Fry over low heat, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes.
- This mix can be used as a marinating spice for roast duck or chicken.
