Rava Bonda

1 cup Semolina

5 tablespoons sour yoghurt 

2 green chillies ( If you want more hot add 4 green chillies)

Pinch of asafoetida

Small piece of grated ginger

Coriander leaves

oil for frying

Salt to taste

 

Combine all the ingredients,except oil, in a bowl,add 2 spoons water to make a stiff batter.  Shape the batter into small sized balls

 

Heat enough oil for deep-frying pan,

After the oil heat up, deep fry the bolls, once it turn golden brown and crisp.  THne remove

You can serve this with coconut chutney, tomato chutney
