Pizza Dosa
Ingredient
1 cup of plain flour
3 table spoons of left over (east formed) idli batter or dosa batter
3 black olives (Pickled)
3 green green oives (pickled)
one onion chopped
1 capsicum chopped
cheese for spread
Method
take the plain flour in a bowl and mix very well with the idli batter. Then:
- add little water. The batter should be colloid - not too think nor too thick
- make a dosa as usual one side cooked turn other side.
- spread the chopped pieces of capsicum,onion, olives and tomato.
- If you want to add coriander leaf chopped you may do so.
- on the top of these spread the cheese all over the dosa.
- melt the cheese and place slowly on the plate.
