DESCRIPTION

​Phulka is the name given to the traditional preparation of Indian bread directly on fire. What is great about this recipe is the fact that this bread is cooked without any oil and yet so soft that it almost melts in your mouth when you have it. A very healthy and filling bread to have with any choice of curry or stir fried vegetables/meat.
