Pav bhaji

Pav  bhaji
 
1-2 tspn cumin seeds
1-2 tspn of fennel seeds
1 Ginger small piece
3 cloves Garlic
2 chillis chopped into small pieces
2 Onions chopped into small pieces
1 capsicum
1 cauliflower
1 tomato large
1 cup peas
Handful of mint leaves
1 large carrot
1 tspn turmeric powder
1-2tbspns garam masala powder
1 tbspn coriander powder
1 tbspn chilli powder
½ tspn Mango powder
 
Method:
 
Take Capsicum, cauliflower, tomato, peas and carrot. Boil in the microwave for about 10 minutes. Remove and check after 10 minutes. If vegetables need to be boiled more leave it again for a few more minutes and remove. Allow to cool for sometime.
 
Add the ingredients to the blender with mint leaves and blend it into small pieces.
 
Take a wok and add oil to stove, allow to heat.
 
Add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and fry for 2 minutes
 
Mash ginger and garlic and add to the wok
 
Add onions  and chillies and fry until golden brown
 
Add garam masala and turmeric powder to the wok
 
Add the blended mixture into the wok and continue to fry
 
Add coriander, chilli powder and mango powder
 
Add salt to taste
