How to prepare Paneer Masala

Ingredient
- 200 g Paneer
- 2 Teaspoon Ghee
- 3 onions
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 Teaspoon of garam masala.
- ½ Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ cup curd
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut the paneer into small pieces
- Put 2 Teaspoon of ghee in the pot and start heating
- Then fry the onion, chillies and ginger well
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, then paneer.
- Finally add ½ cup of curd , salt garam masala till the oil separates.
- Serve with rice, roti, chappathi, puri
