How to prepare Paneer Masala

Ingredient



  1. 200 g Paneer
  2. 2 Teaspoon Ghee
  3. 3 onions
  4. 1 small piece of ginger
  5. 1 Teaspoon of garam masala.
  6. ½ Teaspoon  Chilli Powder
  7. 1 Teaspoon coriander powder
  8. ½ cup curd
  9. Salt to taste

Method



  1. Cut the paneer into small pieces
  2. Put 2 Teaspoon of ghee in the pot and start heating
  3. Then fry the onion, chillies and ginger well
  4. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, then paneer.
  5. Finally add ½  cup of curd , salt  garam masala till the oil separates.
  6. Serve with rice, roti, chappathi, puri
  7.
