A bunch of Shallot or Scallion

1 cup Dosa batter

1/2 cup Self raising flour

Salt to taste

2 green chillies ( If you want it very hot you can add more green chillies)

Oil for fry

Mix the dosa batter and self raising flour well
-
chop the chillies and shallots/scallions and add them into the batter
-
Mix the batter well.

Add small portions of the batter into the oil for deep fry

Remove when golden brown
Onion Leaf Bonda & Onion Leaf Chuteney
Onion Leaf Chutney

1 cup of onion leaf chopped
-
salt to taste
-
2 green chillies
-
1 spoon olive oil
-
1 table spoon lemon juice
-

Put all these ingredients into the blender and grind like a paste.
-
Add the lemon juice and olive oil.to the paste
-
This chutney is very taste and healthy!!
