  • A bunch of Shallot or Scallion

  • 1 cup Dosa batter

  • 1/2 cup Self raising flour

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 green chillies ( If you want it very hot you can add more green chillies)

  • Oil for fry

  •  

  • Mix the dosa batter and self raising flour well

  • chop the chillies and shallots/scallions and add them into the batter

  • Mix  the batter well.

  • Add small portions of the batter into the oil for deep fry 

  • Remove when golden brown

 

Onion Leaf Bonda & Onion Leaf Chuteney

Onion Leaf Chutney

 

 

  • 1 cup of onion leaf chopped

  • salt to taste

  • 2 green chillies

  • 1 spoon olive oil

  • 1 table spoon lemon juice

  •  

  • Put all these ingredients into the blender and grind like a paste.

  • Add the lemon juice and olive oil.to the paste

  • This chutney is very taste and healthy!!
