Mint Sambol

 

Ingredient

 

3 cups of Mint leaves

5 Garlic cloves

4 Peppercorns

3 green chillies

1 1/2 lime juice

Pinch of sugar

Salt to taste

 

Method

 

Wash  and dry mint leaves

Grind all ingredients together in a food processor or blender to make a thick green paste.

Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 3 days

 

 

Mint Chutney.
