Masala Cabbage
- Place the saucepan on the stove, add oil, and wait until the oil heats up.
- Add the onions and fry well.
- Add the tomatoes as well and fry along with the onion.
- Add the sambar powder and garam masala powder and stir well, and fry for sometime.
- Add the cabbage and mix thoroughly.
- Add salt to taste and close the saucepan with a lid, and leave until the cabbage cooks well.
- Serve with rice, chappati, bread, or naan.

- 1/2 tbsp sambar powder
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
