Healthy vegetable salad

DESCRIPTION

​If you genuinely care for your body and are a weight watcher then don’t go past this recipe. A gentle combination of variety of salad vegetables with chunks of avocado that makes this not only healthy but also irresistible!

Ingredients

  • ​1 avocado
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 medium sized cucumber
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 large lettuce leaves
  • Sprouted mung beans (1 cup)
  • 1 small red chilli
  • Lemon squeeze
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Chop all vegetables and add into the bowl except the avocado.
  2. Squeeze some lemon juice
  3. Add salt to taste and mix all ingredients very well in the bowl
  4. Transfer the ingredients onto a plate
  5. Scoop out avocado and gently chop it into small pieces and place on top of the salad.
  6. Serve
