EGGPLANT CURRY

Ingredient
1 eggplant
2 dry chillies
3 onions
2 table spoon of oil
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
curry leaves
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds
Method
cut the eggplant into pieces
cut the oinions
put the pressure cooker on the stove
add oil
put the musturd seeds
When the mustard seeds start popping in the oil put the onion, chillies,curry leaves and turmeric powder;
fry well;
then add the eggplant;
add salt and put little bit of water
then close the pressure cooker
wait for one whistle
then serve with rice or roti, and enjoy the super taste
