Coriander chutney
Ingredient
1 tbsp lemon juice
80 g coriander leaf and stems chopped
2 tbsp of grated coconut
1 green chillies
Small piece of ginger
Salt to taste
Method
Put the lemon juice and water a small food processor the
coriander and process until it is blended and paste form
.
Add the remaining ingredients and continue processing until
they are all finely chopped and blended.
