Cooked rice & Purple cabbage vada

Ingredient

 

1 cup left over cooked rice

1 cup wheat flour or plain flour 

2 green chillies chopped

1 piece of ginger chopped

1/2 cup purple cabbage

oil for frying

salt to taste

 

Method

 

Take a bowl and add the left over rice and flour and all the ingredients.

Mix very well. If the mixture is too thick add a little bit of water

then make small balls, press flat and deep fry
