How to prepare  CHILLI JAM

 



 

 

 

Ingredient



  1.     1/ 2 cup oil
  2. 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  3. 40 g dried chilli flakes
  4. ¼ teaspoon palm sugar

Method



  1. Heat the oil in a small saucepan and fry the garlic until brown.
  2. Add the chilli flakes and palm sugar and stir well.
  3. Season with a pinch of salt.
  4. Use as a dipping sauce.
  5. The sauce can be stored in a jar in the refrigerator for several weeks.
