How to prepare CHILLI JAM
Ingredient
- 1/ 2 cup oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 40 g dried chilli flakes
- ¼ teaspoon palm sugar
Method
- Heat the oil in a small saucepan and fry the garlic until brown.
- Add the chilli flakes and palm sugar and stir well.
- Season with a pinch of salt.
- Use as a dipping sauce.
- The sauce can be stored in a jar in the refrigerator for several weeks.
