CARROT PAKODA



VERY DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY RECIPE. YOU WILL ONLY NEED WHEAT FLOUR ENOUGH.
TRY THIS RECIPE
Carrot pakoda
ingredient
1 cup wheat flour
3 carrots
2 onions
salt to taste
oil to fry
optional: add chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, chilli powder, chatt masala powder
However, as I was preparing this recipe for kids, I only added carrots and onions
Method:
Grate the carrots and chop the onions
Mix these ingredients with wheat flour
Add salt
Mix well with small amount of water
If you want to ferment, then add little bit curd and leave for 2 hours
Mix the above ingredients tightly.
Take small handful of this tight batter and deep fry them in oil.
This is an awesome recipe, very crispy and very tasty
