Beans Fry in Rice Cooker

 



Ingredient
1 bowl of frozen bean or fresh beans.
2 dried red chillies
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
Oil enough to fry
1 tablespoon of grated coconut
Salt to taste



Method

1)Turn on the rice cooker switch.
2)To this add oil
3)Once the oil heats up, add mustard seeds.
4)Once the mustard seeds begin to splutter add chillies and beans
5) Add turmeric powder and salt and close the cooker with the lid
6)After 5 minutes, remove lid and mix ingredients well with the wooden spoon.
7) Once the cooker switch comes to "off" position,  sprinkle grated coconut on top.
8)Remove from cooker and serve with rice or rotties.
